EDITORIAL: Moemi Amano Returns! What does this mean for OJ-FWA??

That green-haired girl from Harajuku, Moemi Amano, has finally made her return to OJ-FWA on the 12th episode of the second season of Go! Go! OJ-FWA FIGHT TV on VBCtv. But the big question is, what now?

Not to long ago, at OJ-FWA's Yuuki Matsuri event, Amano came very close to winning OJ-FWA's prized Joshi Sekai Championship. Having not had a single title shot in her nearly ten-year career, some would say that Amano was justifiably frustrated, and the fact that company co-owner, Reiko Hikawa played a small, if even justified part in that finish, has seemed to cause Amano's tensions with the company's management to boil over.

Amano's life in general has not been an easy one. She left her Hokkaido home to live in Harajuku after her obsessive mother forced into cram school after cram school to study a wide range of subjects, running the gamut from foreign language to music. The music aspect seemed to help her out, however, as she, for a while, made a meager living playing guitar in various small nightclubs. This is, of course, how she caught the eyes of Mina and Mika, known in the then Female Wrestling Association as the Wild Crush, and sent her down the path of pro-wrestling that we see her on today.

Even then, however, her life did not get any easier. Feeling very much looked down upon and at times abused by the training staff (some examples she sites include a series of matches with the company's toughest trainer, Misato "The Cat" Kubodera that can be seen here), Amano kept trudging along, making friends and allies along the way, including Eriko Hasegawa, Amazonas, and Brad Harris. So when she FINALLY received her title shot at Yuuki Matsuri, things started looking up for her.

Unfortunately, what has happened since Yuuki Matsuri, has revealed alot about her frustrations and what she's willing to do to vent. She mouthed off to Ms. Hikawa on numerous occaisions, implying she interfered on purpose, or that she was old and incompetant (a statement that her former trainers in the Wild Crush seemed to take offense to). She also started directing her cohorts Eriko and Amazonas to attack other wrestlers at random, including Xi Xing, and Michiko Watanabe. However, after she unsuccessfully sent Eriko to attack Liliana, she hasn't been seen since.

So now that Amano is back, now what? We have seen what she is willing to do in order to attain what she feels is hers. So what does this mean for Liliana, who is no doubt itching at the chance to get back at her. What will that mean for OJ-FWA as a whole?

Lastly, and perhaps more importantly: what will this mean for Reiko Hikawa, and her ability to control her own company?
